When you have a repeatedly visited website or a resource–demanding web application, it is imperative to have a complete backup copy of everything. But, setting up an auto backup system can be tough. This is why our company offers you our Optional Admin Services deal – we promise to maintain a full backup of your VPS hosting plan, not just of your websites and data, but of all the custom modifications that you have created. Our backup scripts are run each and every week, saving all the changes that you’ve made during that period of time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Hosting Plan, you have complete freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. Yet, some scripts are harder to run and may require some additional setup on your part. This is where our Optional Admin Services offer will come in real handy. It includes half an hour of installation & problem–solving duties – this means that you will be able to basically employ one of our proficient server admins for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of app that you want. And/or have him rectify an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and is an add–on for our KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
