If your issue needs further assistance from a server administrator, we will direct the support ticket or the e–mail to the person on duty, in a timely manner then leave a note to inform you that more time will be required for discovering the optimal solution. And if you make use of our Optional Admin Services package, all of the services included there will be performed whenever you want.
A Topflight Support Service
- We will be at your disposal 24–7 to answer any inquiries that you may have related to our Control Panel or any of the apps that we have preinstalled for you on the dedicated hosting server. If you also require assistance with server admin tasks, have a look at our Optional Admin Services package, which includes backup disk space, weekly OS updates, server monitoring and restarting services, plus troubleshooting and software installation procedures.
